What is it?
UTG Excelerate™ is a free career accelerator program designed to improve the quality of your work life and relationship with your job. We’ll work with you to achieve higher pay, find a suitable work culture, and help establish a pathway for career advancement. We’ll also work with you to help put healthy financial practices in place, so your money can start working for you instead of the other way around.
Every member is matched with a Professional Career Advisor who will provide continuous guidance, resources and job opportunities designed to help you achieve your career goals.
Who is it for?
UTG Excelerate™ program is for anyone in the hospitality field that is looking to advance their career, whether that be looking for better wages, a more prestigious company to work for, a better advancement pathway, or the alike.
Our program is 100% free and takes only a few minutes to apply.
How long is it?
This is not your standard boring training program. This is a customized, high-touch program with no formalized start or end. Once your application is approved, you’ll have unlimited virtual access to our program resources and advisors. Everything is virtual, no in-person attendance needed or required.
What to Expect.
1. Submit Your Application
Applying should only take 3-4 minutes. Simply fill out our short questionnaire and attach your resume. Don’t have a resume? No worries, we offer free resume building as part of our program.
2. Connect with your Advisor
Once your application is approved, your Professional Career Advisor will reach out to you and schedule a 15-30 minute virtual call to connect. Your Advisor will take this time to get to know you, learn about your career interests and future plans. Not sure what you want to do? No worries, we’ll help you establish a 5-year plan.
3. Review Job Opportunities
Your Advisor will start to send you a few job opportunities that match your financial and career goals. Together, you’ll review each opportunity that you are interested to determine if you’d like to pursue going for the job. Btw, our program covers any uniform or material purchased for you if needed.
4. Get Financial Plans in Place
By this time, you and your Advisor have found you a new job that best suits your needs! But with more money comes more responsibility, or so they say. Before you start your new job, we’ll review your basic finances and monetary goals. Together, we’ll set you up with a solid financial and budgeting plan to make sure your money is being used (and saved) wisely.
5. Up, Up & Away You Go!
You will forever have access to UTG Excelerate™️. We’ll keep checking in with you just to see how things are going and how you are doing. You can reach out to your Advisor at any time for advice, support, or to review your next big step in life. Our goal is to continuously watch you grow and support you in any way we can, for years to come.
